They're either...
We wanted to make intimate weddings feel joyful, easy, and deeply supported. Back then, elopements were often misunderstood, so we created a structure that helped couples feel celebrated, confident, and completely cared for while choosing something beautifully nontraditional.
Now, we’re bringing that same support to couples planning micro-weddings.
Because more than anything, we believe wedding planning should not feel like a stress spiral. You deserve guidance, clarity, and a team that takes the weight off your shoulders so you can move through this process with a calm mind, a peaceful heart, and a wedding day that feels, in every way, meant for you.
When you choose to work with a micro-wedding planner, you’re making sure no detail gets overlooked, no decision becomes overwhelming, and no part of the day is left to chance. You have a team in your corner, your vision at the center, and a clear path forward from the very beginning.
Both paths lead to the same place- a day that feels like you.
The difference is how you want to get there.
Whether you want something beautifully streamlined or completely one-of-a-kind, we have a path that meets you there.
This is for couples who don’t want to start from scratch, they want clarity, momentum, and a process that just works. You’ll choose from our curated list of 17 trusted venues, and we’ll guide you quickly toward the best fit, then build everything around it.
This is where we start with a blank page. We source your venue (or multiple venues), shape the flow of the day, and design a layered, immersive experience that feels personal from start to finish. It’s collaborative, thoughtful, and a little more expansive.

Celestine delivers one of the most striking backdrops in the city for a micro wedding. Nestled beneath the Manhattan Bridge with uninterrupted skyline views, the setting feels expansive while still somehow intimate. Inside, the design leans bright, textured, and understated, making it an amazing fit for couples who want a celebration that feels contemporary, effortless, and deeply tied to the energy of New York.
The private dining spaces at Café Cluny have this effortlessly cinematic West Village charm. Between the checkered floors, layered candlelight, polished brass details, and buzzing little tables, the entire space feels alive in a way that’s intimate without ever being overly serious. It’s perfect for couples who want the night to feel social, stylish, and genuinely fun from beginning to end.
Little Owl captures that classic neighborhood Manhattan feeling that people fall in love with. Sitting quietly on a tree-lined West Village corner, it has an atmosphere that feels welcoming, lived-in, and naturally intimate. Weddings here tend to feel less like an event and more like one unforgettable evening spent eating incredible food, passing bottles of wine around the table, and lingering with the people you love most.
Tucked down a hidden alleyway on the Lower East Side, Freemans has a mood that feels almost cinematic. The space is layered with antique objects, crackling fireplaces, dim corners, and that perfectly imperfect downtown character that makes guests immediately settle in. It works especially well for couples drawn to spaces that feel creative, intimate, and a little offbeat in the best possible way.
The wine cellar at Il Buco feels like slipping into another era of downtown New York. Stone walls, flickering candlelight, weathered wood, and shelves lined with old bottles create this rich, intimate atmosphere that feels more like a hidden European supper club than a wedding venue. It’s ideal for couples who want something soulful, intimate, and quietly luxurious without any of the typical wedding energy.
why couples work with us
Planning a wedding comes with a thousand decisions, and most couples don't know where to start. We bring clarity to the process by helping you understand your options, identify what matters most, and move forward with confidence. No endless Googling, conflicting advice, or second-guessing. Just a clear path forward.
The wedding industry is full of choices, but more choices often create more overwhelm. We provide direction by turning ideas into action and helping you focus on the decisions that actually matter. Because time is expensive, mistakes are expensive, and planning fatigue is very real. Instead of spending months figuring it out alone, you can step into a process that's already been built for you.
Our couples want the peace of mind that comes from knowing they're in the right hands. You're not just investing in logistics. You're investing in experience, momentum, and the confidence that someone is looking out for every detail. We guide the process, solve problems before they happen, and make sure you can simply enjoy being engaged.
Once you book, we kick things off with a deep-dive planning session. We’ll talk through your vision, priorities, budget, guest experience and what actually matters to you.
From there, we guide you through our curated list of 17 venues. You’ll already have a preview of venues from your consult, but this is where we really refine. We then present you with your top 3 venue matches—fully available on your date and aligned with your style, logistics, and budget.
Once your venue is locked, everything else starts to fall into place.
We step in to coordinate the key elements that bring your day together, keeping everything cohesive and aligned with your vision.
From there, we build out your timeline, flow, and overall experience so your wedding feels seamless—not pieced together.
Bespoke is for couples who want something more custom, creative, or outside the framework of our curated venue collection.
Instead of working from our streamlined list of trusted venues, Bespoke planning starts from a blank page. We source fully custom spaces based on your vision, guest experience, aesthetic, and priorities—whether that’s a bookstore buyout, a rooftop dinner party, a private loft, a restaurant takeover, a multi-location wedding day, or something that doesn’t fit into a traditional venue model at all.
This process is more collaborative, more exploratory, and more design-focused. It’s ideal for couples who want a wedding that feels deeply personal, unconventional, or uniquely “New York” in a way that goes beyond a standard venue package.
While Core Planning is about clarity, efficiency, and narrowing down great options quickly, Bespoke is about building something highly tailored from the ground up.
Most couples come to us overwhelmed. Too many options, too much conflicting information. Our Core Venue Collection gives you clarity, direction, and momentum—while still leaving room for your personality, style, and choices. You’re not boxed in. You’re just not starting from scratch.
This will vary depending on venue, guest count, and add-ons.We’ll talk through real numbers early—no vague estimates—so you understand exactly what things cost and where your money is going. Our goal is to help you spend intentionally, not endlessly.
That’s most of our couples. Everything is designed to be handled remotely, with clear communication and guidance at every step. We make it feel simple, even when you’re not physically in New York during the planning process.
We recommend booking as soon as you have a general timeframe in mind. Our venues and dates move quickly, especially for peak seasons, and everything works best when we can secure your top choice early.
That’s exactly why we exist. You won’t be left to figure things out alone—we step in with clear recommendations, honest feedback, and a path forward. No spiraling. No overthinking. Just decisions that feel good and make sense.
